ECHO - Device Support System

Welcome to the entry page of ECHO - Device Support System. The purpose of the system is to facilitate online registration of manufacturers, devices (Set Top Boxes, Mobile Devices, Wireless Routers/Gateways).

Users can easily register themselves and new hardware, request for documentation and Irdeto Softcell/CCA/Trusted Home libraries, ask related questions, search the Knowledge Base for answers to frequently asked questions, etc.

The ECHO - Device Support System is continuously monitored and updated to provide the most current information.

There are two ways to access the system, as described below:

If your organization is not registered by Irdeto as a client-device manufacturer, then simply choose the button "Register Manufacturer" after click the web link above. When you complete the data entry form and submit, a back ground process will be invoked, triggering all relevant registration steps behind the scenes until you are registered.

If your organization is already registered, you can register your individual user account by selecting "Register Contact" at the bottom of the Log in page. For this you would also need the Organization ID and password. The two values are to be entered in the respective fields after specifying your preferred log in and password. They are used to link your individual account to your registered organization. Typically you receive these via e-mail upon a successful organization registration and approval. You may also request these directly from Irdeto at rdc@irdeto.com.

Different organizations will have different end user views of the system containing only their specific records. The transmission of data over the internet is secured by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Members of the same organization may view each other's records. However, this is not permitted across different organizations.

Note: Please ensure that you enter a valid email address where required. It is not permitted to use the same e-mail address for different user registrations.
